How does my order get shipped?

Shoes.Izod.com offers free ground shipping on all orders within the Continental US. We also provide two flat-rate express options. 3 Day Air costs $12.99 and 2 Day Air costs $17.99. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx 2nd day air only. We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

How long does it take to get the shoes?

For all in-stock orders with free FedEx Ground shipping, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. For 2 Day Air orders, please allow 2-4 days for delivery. For 3 Day Air orders, please allow 3-6 days for delivery. Delivery is Monday - Friday. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. Upon purchase, please allow 24 hours for processing and note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Why am I charged sales tax?

Customers shipping to New York state will be charged sales tax. You will be able to review this prior to completing your purchase.

How do I make returns?

For online purchases only: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return the unworn merchandise to us within 45 days of shipment. We will gladly issue a refund or exchange it for another item. If you're a Shoes.Izod.com member, please visit your Account to print a return form, located in your Order History. If you're not a Shoes.Izod.com member, you can download a blank return form here. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable at this time. Please note that only items purchased through Shoes.Izod.com can be returned through our online store. All items purchased through physical retail stores must be returned to where they were originally purchased.

Can I place an order if I live outside the United States?

At the present time, Shoes.Izod.com does not accept orders from outside the United States.

How do I know if my order was placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email with an order number upon purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. If you are having problems placing your order, please contact us at Customerservice@IzodShoes.com.
